As an option, we offer Binding Price, which guarantees a fixed rate for your move, regardless of mileage, number of boxes, or any other variables. Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss how you can get a Binding Price for your move. We also offer Free In-Home Estimates. We believe it is your right for an In-Home Estimate, and Binding Price, so please, for your peace of mind, DO NOT let any moving agent process your move via Phone or email without an in-home visit. No company can provide you with satisfactory service without you knowing "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move", an industry standard booklet which we will happily provide to you. Our company follows all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safer Administration) Rules and Regulations to move you. Please see our ads in the local phone books. In order for us to process your move we require a deposit of $200.00 to reserve your moving date. If you have any changes feel free to contact our Dispatch Department. If you book your move within 2 weeks, Express Vanline will provide 3 free boxes (medium size), or 2 (wardrobe boxes), or 2 (large size boxes) we do offer 30 day free storage if needed. Our payments are minimum one half on your pick up day. We accept any form of payment; VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX/CHECK/MONEY ORDER/CASHIER CHECK, and the rest of your payment is due on your delivery day. Final payment must be by POSTAL MONEY ORDER or CASH only. Your deposit is credited to your total cost. Our foremen, packers, and loaders are licensed and experienced. We follow all OSHA and FMCSA Regulations and are customer service trained. Express Vanline has processed customers with the utmost quality service for their moves. We are members of AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association), and D&B (Dun & Bradstreet). Please make sure you check Moving Companies Information with WWW.FMCSA.DOT.GOV. You will see we have no complaints and we are in compliance with all of our Cargo Insurance and Licenses. We are building a great rapport with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for our upcoming review in November of 2011. Currently we do not have any customer complaints and process over two hundred moves a month. Companies may have an A, B or C Rating, but please view the complaints they may have, or use your Google search engine and see what other customers say about other companies; you will be surprised.
