You will play a key role in ensuring our gear is in top shape, our warehouse runs smoothly, and our clients receive exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Inspect, clean, and perform light repairs on rental equipment upon return Build and fabricate custom equipment using materials like wood, acrylic, and aluminum Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Load and unload trucks with event equipment (requires heavy lifting) Drive non-CDL box trucks (up to 26') for deliveries, pickups, and event logistics Set up and tear down equipment onsite at events Provide on-site support during events, overseeing equipment and ensuring functionality Follow safety protocols and help maintain inventory accuracy Work minimum 40 hours per week
Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse, events, construction, or fabrication preferred Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting Valid driver's license and ability to drive non-CDL box trucks Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Forklift experience a plus Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings as needed.
