tailed Description:
Operate boost pump and monitor boost pressure and other gauges.
Assist with spotting equipment and setting up the location in a safe manner.
Aid in rigging-up and rigging-down high-pressure iron from equipment to the wellhead.
Inspect high-pressure iron to ensure connections are secured and leak-free.
Hook up suction hoses from the water source safely.
Maintain high-pressure iron treating lines, including high-pressure seals, changing iron joints, and related parts.
Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Actively participate in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Utilize competency processes to enhance job performance.
Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of oilfield operations.
Basic knowledge of pump operations.
Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
Familiarity with pumps and supporting equipment.
Knowledge of lifting techniques.
Basic computer skills.
Understanding of company policies, quality and HSE standards, and departmental guidelines.
Ability to operate a boost pump.
Ability to hook up suction hoses.
Ability to follow the Journey Management Process.
Proficiency in English to understand and issue verbal and written instructions.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) for job-related tasks.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
Knowledge of OSHA oilfield safety rules and regulations.
Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain).
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to qualify for a commercial driver's license.
