ATIONS FOR HIRING PURPOSES: 1.Must be at least 23 years of age 2.Must have at least 2 years verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience 3.Must have a current-valid CDL license. 4.Must successfully complete a drivers road test. 5.Must pass a written examination. 6.Cannot have more than 4 traffic violations in the past 3 years. 7.Must not have more than 2 accidents in the proceeding 3 years. 8.Cannot have any drug or alcohol related convictions on his/her record. 9.Must score average or better on the Driver Evaluation Risk Rating. 10.Forklift qualified.
Training provided by Safety Manager. 11.Read, write and speak English. 12.High School math skills. 13.Experience with bar-coding and use of scanners. 14.Able to be cross-trained on other jobs. 15.Ability to show a cooperative attitude necessary to interact and work effectively with customers, supervision and co-workers. 16.Must be proficient in the job in 90 days.
