We’re looking for top-tier talent and will equip you with the tools,and training you need to thrive and make a lasting impact. Essential Functions: + Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. + Load and unload materials and equipment. + Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision. + Operate a hydro-vac for potholing and site cleanup. + Safely operate a pick-up truck or bigger while towing a trailer + Perform basic construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. + Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks as directed by supervisors. + Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. + Comply with all company policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: + Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects. + Basic knowledge of construction safety practices. + Good communications skills and the ability to work as part of a team. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. + CDL-A license preferred but not required + Safely operate a pick-up truck or bigger while towing a trailer Other Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in directional drilling/underground construction is preferred but not required. + Ability to travel out of state when required. + Ability to be on call Our job titles may span more than one career level.
The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
This posiistion pays an hourly rate of $18.00 - $23.00 depending on experience.
The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
