Responsibilities
+ Use hand tools and equipment for cleaning tasks on machinery and work areas.
+ Clean ash from products and shovel into buckets.
+ Clean oil, spills, and other substances from areas around machinery.
+ Perform overall cleaning of entire machines during shutdowns.
+ Lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, or crawl repetitively.
+ Lift 50 lbs unassisted.
+ Climb ladders attached to machinery or stairs.
+ Use of PPE required for certain areas.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
+ Experience in cleaning, hydro blasting, power washing, shoveling, and lifting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience is mandatory.
+ Experience in landscaping or farming may be considered.
+ Familiarity with power washing or hydro blasting equipment.
+ Understanding of industrial cleaning.
+ Knowledge of confined space or respirator usage.

Contractors need to pass an oraltox test on their first day.
PPE, including steel toe boots, eye protection, hard hats, and fire-resistant coveralls, is required.
The company plans to start 3-4 new employees weekly.
