otel accommodations provided by the company + Nightly per diem for meals while working out of town + Company-provided pickup truck and cell phone + Year-round employment—no winter layoffs Requirements + Class A or B CDL required (or the ability and desire to obtain one). + Previous supervisory or management experience required. + Ability to lead and manage a two-person crew effectively. + Capable of managing projects, including communication with city employees and engineers while maintaining professionalism. + Experience in pipeline cleaning and televising is preferred but not required—training will be provided. + Ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations encountered during cleaning and televising operations. + Ability to operate a pipeline observation computer system for televising (training provided). + Must be mechanically inclined. + Experience with the operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of combo trucks used for jetting and vacuuming pipelines. + Responsible for tracking and entering daily manhours and production quantities. + Responsible for documenting performance feedback or issues clearly and professionally. + Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
