25–30 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers
operating nationwide. + Promote safety culture and
conduct regular safety meetings
for the team. + Handle
safety incidents and transportation-related incidents
promptly and effectively. + Collaborate with the
Central Routing Group
to optimize driver routes and schedules. + Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams. + Oversee
call-ins
and provide accurate
ETA updates
to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities. + Manage
truck maintenance and breakdowns
for all assets within the group. +
Interview and hire OTR drivers
as needed to maintain staffing levels. + Minimum
2+ years of experience
in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations. + Strong knowledge of
driver management and DOT compliance
. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred. + High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus. + CDL A or B license preferred.
