Qualifications
+ 2–5 years of experience in construction, general labor, or related field
+ Clear MVR for CDL Class B license or willingness to obtain
+ Demonstrated proficiency in operating heavy equipment
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
+ Ability to work a rolling on-call basis (4 weeks working, 1 week on call)
+ Ability to travel for environmental protocol projects
+ Ability to wear a respirator for certain projects
+ Ability to work with hazardous materials
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist with environmental emergency response, site remediation, and facility cleanup projects across the Denver Metro area
+ Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and loaders
+ Perform manual labor tasks such as soil excavation, concrete removal, and site preparation
+ Decontaminate tools, vehicles, and work areas to maintain safety and regulatory compliance
+ Support hazardous waste packaging, transport preparation, and disposal activities
+ Respond to emergency spills using specialized equipment, including Vac trucks
+ Maintain accurate daily records of materials handled and equipment used

Work Environment
+ Standard schedule: Monday through Friday
+ Daily meet-up at our Arvada facility before traveling to job sites
+ Occasional travel required for out-of-town projects (typically short-term trips)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
