provide a return trip.   The purpose of this position to to provide transportation to Senior Center patrons under safe conditions as directed and in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional conduct.   Applicants must have a clean driving record, pass a background check if requested, comply with pre-hire and random drug and alcohol testing, and be willing to complete all training as requested.
The Senior Center operates a minivan and a 12-passenger cutaway bus, so a CDL is not required.  
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van or bus carrying less than 16 passengers to transport passengers to designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking and operating ADA equipment as needed.
Transportation Safety Institute training will be provided. - Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine checks and minor maintenance as needed. - Communicate effectively with passengers and office staff of the Senior Center to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
