a series of dedicated haul routes) + Operate end dump trailers at customer destination + Assist the operation in additional tasks deemed necessary to meet customer expectations + Timely and accurately report maintenance issues to the maintenance crew Requirements of a successful CDL Driver: + High School Diploma + Current Class A CDL + Possess a TWIC card or ability to attain a TWIC card + Read, write, speak and understand English + Work nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled + Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications) + Pass a criminal background check, drug screen and reference checks and successfully pass Savage's road test, which will include a proper pre and post trip inspection of the vehicle + Safely drive a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulation.
Here are some of the physical requirements of this role: + Climb into and out of cab multiple times per shift.
