-Install a wide range of custom signs at client sites, both interior and exterior -Red and interpret blueprints, site plans and work orders -Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment -Load, transport and unload signage and materials -Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring of signage -Perform electrical wiring for illuminated signage (if licensed/certified) -Conduct site surveys and take accurate field measurements -Communicate with project managers and clients to confirm installation requirements -Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace -Follow all safety protocols, company policies and industry regulations -Prep posts and mounting bars -Entry-level woodworking, sanding and painting -Coordinating work vehicle maintenance, utility clearance prior to installations, necessary equipment required for installation -Assist with general shop maintenance and upkeep -Troubleshoot and repair signage as needed Qualification: -High school diploma or equivalent -1-3 years of experience in sign installation, construction, or a related trade preferred -Proficient in using hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments -Valid NYS (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a PLUS) -Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
