Performs grounds maintenance, patches and/or | | resurfaces parking lots, roads and trails, removes snow, gradesfields | | and other county areas, and hauls materials/equipment.
Performs | | routine preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment and | | complies with the preventive maintenance schedule.
| | | | Performs a variety of specialized maintenance and development tasks | | and projects.
Estimates materials and personnel needs for projects | | and maintains an inventory of supplies for a major work unit.
| | | | Provides maintenance, clearing and pruning operations on County | | property.
Operates heavy construction equipment.

Assigns and checks work.
Gives | | instructions on proper procedures and ensures safety standards are | | followed.
Ensures compliance with established standards and | | requirements.

Troubleshoots system problems.
