CGI also provides industry leading ERP, payroll, billing, and fraud detection applications that support mission critical operations for public and private sector clients. CGI is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to join our U.S.
Government Solutions team.
The Client Delivery Lead (CDL) is a Senior Consultant who plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service and long-term value to the client as part of the Government Solutions Customer Experience team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of applications and operational services, acting as the bridge between the client, project teams, and internal delivery partners.
During project execution, the CDL serves as the primary point of contact.
In steady state, the role becomes the trusted client-facing lead, focused on service excellence, continuous improvement, and proactive issue management.
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role. This position is required in one of the following CGI offices: Fairfax, VA | Dallas/Belton, TX | Denver, CO | Knoxville, TN | Lafayette, LA | Henderson, NV.
Hybrid : (2–3 days/week onsite at one of the listed CGI office locations)
Your future duties and responsibilities:

Acts as the primary liaison between Client, project team, and Government Solutions. .
Build and sustain strong, trusted client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of business needs and priorities. .
Oversee end-to-end service and solution delivery, including planning, coordination, execution, and closure. .
Partner with all Government Solutions teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with contract expectations. .
Monitor incident, issue, and defect trends and proactively identify risks, driving resolution before they impact the client. .
Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and SLAs. .
Deliver clear, concise status updates and performance reporting to internal stakeholders. .
Builds or grows an understanding of the Advantage client ecosystem and application and Advantage delivery methodology.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of proven experience in client-facing roles, such as service delivery, account management, or client success. .
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across teams. .
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. .
Experience with Advantage solutions, preferably HRM/Payroll. .
Hands-on experience with Jira .
Project Management skills .
Curious, growth-oriented mindset; enjoyment of learning and improving how we support the client. .

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications.
CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,100 -$156,700.
