and sick time • Supportive, team-focused culture • Locally owned with a strong reputation for customer service • Emphasis on safety, communication, and professionalism------------------------------------------------------------------------Responsibilities • Prioritize safety in all operations • Operate a rear-load garbage truck on assigned routes • Pick up and transport waste and recycling from residential and commercial customers • Empty loads at designated landfills and transfer stations • Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections • Maintain cleanliness and care of vehicle and equipment • Record service-related issues and customer requests accurately • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers • Report mechanical issues immediately------------------------------------------------------------------------Qualifications • Valid CDL Class A or B (no air brake restriction) • Clean Motor Vehicle Record • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CDL Class B vehicle • High School Diploma or GED • Ability to lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
