and registers patients for their appointment. + Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mammography Technologist and equipment to various sites in a safe manner, adhering to Mercy Health policies and DOT regulations. + Completes daily pre check and post check maintenance checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order.
Reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management. + Gases vehicle on specified days of the week, maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies when necessary. + Meets and greets customers.
Obtains and verifies patient demographic information and ensures completion of forms to include: copies patient insurance card, Medicare questionnaire, obtain signed consent form and ABN when necessary MINIMUM EDUCATION Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS(must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated): Required: Valid State Driver’s License and CDL Class B.
