The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Campus Recruitment Strategy & Execution
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract top talent from universities, colleges, and technical institutes.
+ Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
+ Identify target schools based on company hiring goals and establish strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
University Engagement & Branding
+ Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment programs.
+ Plan and execute on-campus and virtual hiring events.
+ Build and maintain relationships with campus career services, student organizations, and professors to enhance brand visibility.
+ Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, social media content, presentations) to promote employer brand and career opportunities.
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management
+ Source, screen, and assess College Development Program candidates and interns through resume reviews, interviews, and assessment tools.
+ Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from application review to onboarding.
+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting
+ Collaborate with CDP Program Manager and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding, mentorship, and professional development for CDPs and Interns.
+ Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
+ 3-5+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition.
+ Ability to travel for campus events and recruitment initiatives.
(40% travel during peak recruitment seasons)
+ Proven track record of building strategic partnerships with universities and student organizations.
+ Strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools.
