Responsibilities:
+ Assist in all aspects of fertilizer, seed, and chemical operations + Attention to detail is very important when applying those products to customer fields + Work closely with the agronomy sales personnel and the location manager to ensure efficiency + Be the first line of customer interactions + Maintain and record equipment logs + Assist in inventory management + Handle corrosive, hazardous, and chemical products appropriately + Ability to perform forklift functions + Load/unload trucks arriving at and leaving the facility + Ensure product is being handled carefully to avoid unnecessary damage or accidents + Follow direction of use for each product used
Requirements:
+ Valid class A CDL + Hazmat certifications + Custom applicators license for the state of Iowa + Maintain a current DOT physical + Maintain a clean driving record + Proficient time management skills + Ability to maintain confidential information + Ability to multi-task + Ability to work independently
