So, what does it take to make it as a casual vehicle shifter?
+ The ability to operate a powered industrial truck (PIT) or tractor trailer + The ability to back trailers safely + Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state) + Excellent driving skills and a good driving record + Reliable and responsible + Legal right to work in the U.S.
