Hi, I am selling my 2004 Freightliner M2 Business Class. It has the Cat C-7 turbo diesel motor rated at 190hp mated to the Allison 5 speed automatic. There is a 26' Morgan box on the back with a 2500lb Waltco Liftgate. Inside the box there are 2 rows of ETrack. Tucked underneath the liftgate is an aluminum ramp for those of you that are in the household moving industry. It has 208XXX miles. GVW is 26000 lbs, so guess what? No CDL needed. you just need the airbrakes endorsement. Its got alot of goodies too; aftermarket radio, airride seat, LED lights, heated mirrors, block heater, etc. This truck needs nothing to work right NOW, except you. The DOT inspection is current and there is absolutely nothing that will prevent this year's inspection from passing.

This was a former Ryder fleet truck, so you know that the maintenance was kept up. Since I have owned it, every fluid and filter has been changed according to Freightliner guidelines. In addition to the standard preventative maintenance, I have also replaced the power steering pump (not terribly inconvenient unless you like wrestling a steering wheel), and the HEUI pump (this makes the truck run and good lord are they expensive). I have the receipts from Istate in Blaine and Zeigler in Bloomington to prove this. The alternator was just rebuilt 2 weeks ago up in Rogers. The Elite sticker on the side will save you over a hundred dollars if you're going to work with them. If not, I will be removing them before the sale is complete. Don't worry, no paint damage.

You may be asking yourself "Self, if this truck is as good as he says it is, why could he possibly be selling it for such an affordable price?" If you were to ask me that instead of yourself, I'd tell you my reasons. I got out of the local courier business because my former (and now current again) job pays me ALOT more than the courier jobs did. That's not to say you can't make money as a courier, (I did) but I work in a different field that quite a bit more specialized. I know, I know, noone cares about my current gig, and I am babbling, but I am wont to do so. Anyhow, I owe money on this truck and want to eliminate a few payments that aren't necessary, thus the price being significantly cheaper than anyone with a comparable truck on Craigslist, or anywhere else for that matter. As a bonus I will give you the Bully Dog Power Module ($550) that I had installed. This gave the truck a good deal more power and also got me 3 MPG INCREASE! If you know the price of diesel, you know how much that saves at the pump.

In closing, (I will be brief) if you are looking for a truck to get into the courier, hotshot, or moving business then this truck is for you. If you already have a business, and you need a dock truck, this truck is for you. If you just want the biggest damn truck on the block, this truck is for you (unless your neighbors already have semi trucks, then you need a semi). By all means peruse Craigslist. Go shop around at all the other places that sell big trucks and you will see that this is the best truck for the money.
